About Me

I married the boy I fell in love with in 11th grade.  We've been married for nearly 18 years and are the proud parents of two wonderful little boys.  I refuse to believe that I'm getting old but my body reminds me everyday.   I'm not the person my mirror or my drivers license says I am, I'm much skinnier and younger. LOL!

I love you Beverly! That's me. You know, granny lived to be 100 years old. When I think of healthy living and eating, I always think of her. Tell me if I'm wrong, she always had a bowl of nuts, some chocolate, wheat bread, oat meal... and cooked good healthy home cooked foods. She stayed active, loved lots... and many! I was so glad to see you here, I almost cried!!! LOVE YA!
