Life Doesn't End With 50!

I'm way over 40 - just turned 61 and proud of my life so far.  3 children and 9 grandchildren (I am counting 3 step- grandsons in this mix).  My youngest son is getting married in May so I have set a weight loss goal but so far, unsuccessful.  I need to lay off the fast food and get off my perch and get moving to lose this excess weight.  I work full time, take college courses (yes!  you are never too old to learn), and love to travel.  One thing I do know is there is something beautiful about everyone and even though inner beauty is of the utmost importance, it doesn't hurt to strive to always look your best!
