My Journey - The Beginning

My journey began in the Spring of 2009. I went from a size 22 to a size 16 in JUST 6 short months. It's far from over... and as I embark on a NEW adventure, I want to share my successes, downfalls... and SUCCESSES with you!!!! I want to motivate you and inspire you! YOU ARE NOT ALONE in your journey for health and wellbeing!

This picture was taken before my journey began. I feel it makes more sense to let you all know where I started from, so you can see the progress I've made and am making. Again... using one of my youngins as a shield! Spring 2009

I have a difficult time believing it, but this site says you can burn 1,000 calories in one workout! Wow! Now this is definitely something worth looking into! Click Here!

Staying Motivated!

The most difficult part of any journey is staying motivated! I have really found many useful tools and information to help with motivation! One of my favorite sites, if you cannot tell by now, is bodybuilding.com. It gives you everything you need; advice, supplements, plans, etc. Bodybuilding.com isn't short on anything! I suggest you click one of my links to find the info you are looking for! They also say, results were obtained by taking Resveratrol 100 mgs, Soy-Isoflavones 100 mgs, and Quercetin 500 mgs each day of the week, all at once, or in 3 divided doses, several hours apart. They suggest you experiment a bit to see how it works best for you. If you experience any stomach upset, lower your daily doses of each ingredient, and gradually increase back to the original doses over the next three to four weeks. Try to purchase capsules instead of hard tablets, as the nutrients will be assimilated better by your body.

 

If anyone out there has tried this combo, I'd like to know if it worked!  It sounds tempting!
